is it easy for me to apply for phd of finance?

i had worked as a loan manager in  bank of china for 4 years, and now am studying as a candidate of international MBA in top chinese university. now i find that i have interest in researching in finance, and prepare to apply for PHD. can  i apply for this in American university, and how about the probability of geting full sholarship? thank you very much!

It's never easy to apply for finance PhD. You do have chance, but with the information you provided I can only say the chance is slim.
