usually there is an essay for each program focusing on goal statement. but I am not quite sure what they are looking for when they ask the question:

how these goals developed?

1, my working experience?

2, my related experience?

3, or the real goal development process?

I think, if the first one or two, that is ok. I can summarize the related experience.

but if the last one, it is hard to express. I am interested in it, but how this interest developed?

any ideas?

Should be the third one. Adcoms want to see how your goal is developed, how each of your steps link to the next and what you have learned from each step. They want to make sure that pursuing a MBA study is after carefully considered and is a must step for your goal.

我觉得这几个问题是可以统一的，举个例子，你在过去的学习或者工作中，由於某种原因，对某方面的工作感兴趣，或者觉得你将来可以在某方面干些什么，可是这个往往只是一个初步的想法，在随后的工作中，可能你会否定或者肯定你原先的想法，然后你会慢慢发现，为了实现这个目标，你还需要什么，那么在遇到工作中的转变的时候，你就会相应的作出选择，直至今天。这既是你的goal的development的过程，也是你的经历。
