为什么不对呢？

我的理解是：原文说男性的网络不仅在当地，而且愈加往外地扩散，言下之意，男性在本地网络并没有减少。和妇女相比，往外扩散才是更主要的区别。

27题还是不明白，

原文中有这句话in fact, both the absolute numbers and the percentage of adult women participating in civil cases grew steadily throughout the eighteenth century，那么C中说Women’s economic activities at the end of
            the century were similar to their activities
            at the beginning是不是有点问题？

而B这个句子表达的应该是women和men改变程度的对比，还是能总结出来的。
