看了N久， 才明白C到底在说什么

The first is a consideration raised to explain the appeal of a certain strategy; the second presents that strategy

BF1 提出一种concern(consideration)，来解释为啥需要a certain strategy（appeal的意思是呼吁，引申下解释为需要 ），BF2 就提供了这种 strategy。

两个strategy 确实指的是一种strategy。

只是C选项的前半段说的是 BF1 提出了一种需要新strategy

好搞啊，希望大家同意偶滴解释。

PREP的BF还真难。 难的都在选项的阅读

这个题我在OG12 verbal的补充资料中做到了，这是官方的，所以不会有错，标黑的的确和prep中的不一样，如下：

但是我又仔细的看了一下选项，却发现也是大不一样的。
OG12：

Prep2：
（C）
The first is a consideration raised to explain the appeal of a certain strategy; the second presents that strategy.

请注意 popularity 和appeal 的差异，却导致两个C选项指的两个不同的strategy。。

所以我觉得，prep2中和OG12中的标黑体的部分都没有错。两个C选项也是对的。。
