hi buddy, why not provide more information to let NiuNius give you proper advice.

at least 

 

1.      Sponsorship (sum, obligations) 

2.  Career path and goal

3.  Schools

-- The ones you truly wanna go

    -- Which US schools you are comparing with Insead

4.  Are you sure your company will decline the sponsorship at the stage they found you applying for US schools? How did they know?

你还露了重要信息。你的意思是拿了公司的钱然后不回去？这跟1年与否没关系，甚至跟公司给你的SPONSORSHIP无关。读书的选择一般不按手头现有资金决定。你未来想做啥，就去做，就去选择合适的学校。资金可以靠贷款， I.E.INVESTMENT DECISION IS DIFFERENT FROM FINANCING DECISION.我不觉得PE/VC跟MARKETING有什么大关系，所以你的目标似乎也不明确。

所以我认为你都没有把你的情况讲清楚。建议先提高你的PRESENTATION SKILLS。
