很苦惱托福達不到標準

今天又考了托福
這是第三次革命了
結果還是失敗
大概會跟前幾次差不多
大概243吧

GMAT 730
想請問各為大大
這樣申請前20
是不是會因為托福沒達到250
而沒有機會阿

實在很苦惱申請的DEADLINE近了
也不想再考第四次了
希望各為大大幫我解答解答

top20应该是没有可能的，而且不知你背景如何。托福最少250，这是个MUST。

Sorry I disagree with toolz. Interview seems more important but I don't know how much of paper score 250 is equivelent to?

250 is equal to 600 in paper based test

I never heard of "250 is a must" before....

243 is somewhere between 580 and 620 if it is on paper-based.

I think that is good enough for most top 20. your background, your essay, your interview are more important than Toefl, sometimes even more important than your GMAT

Unless you think you can have a super interview, I suggest you to re-take it for top-20.

agree, 大多学校要求250以上,有些虽然说没有minimum，但放个平均283在那吓你，
我想TOEFL可说是英文基本能力的象征，若你的听力不好，他们会怀疑你上课
有办法跟上或更别说是课堂上的参与讨论

U of Chicago clearly declares: anyone whose TOEFL below 250, or any part of TOEFL is below 25 must retake before send the application.

I suggest you re-take it because most school expect international applicants have at least 250 points in TOEFL test and some even require your every sub-score at least is 25. I also got 22 points in listenning section of first test although total score is above 250, but got 27 points in second test after practicing DELTA KEY software, a good tool of TOEFL preparation, so I suggest you download it from chasedream and practice to improve your listenning ability. good luck!
