[求助]鸡肋offer 如何选择

请大家帮帮忙 拿了一些鸡肋offer  不知如何选择

nus：mba

university of south dakota：master of accounting

university of texas（不知名分校）：marketing phd（$18000/year)

呵呵，很多人都这么说。。。不过我认为，读phd作研究也好，读mba进企业也好，对人的一些基本的要求总不会变的，比如勤奋，诚实，热忱。。。在企业工作也是学习的过程，在学校作研究，同样也是工作，工种不同而已。

我做过老师，也接触过企业。。。。。。说实话，我真的以为，能把其中一样做好的，就样样都能做好。career path......这其中的区别，真的没有那么大。

才疏学浅，可笑之处请大家见谅。

university of south dakota这个学校我从未申过,

但信箱里经常收到他们家AD,里面说GRE/GMAT成绩都不要,

这种学校千万别申,今后写在简历里没准还有负作用,

我觉得,要去还是NUS吧,毕竟不会白花冤枉钱,

Phd is for research, not for teaching. The needs for researchers are quite different from those for employees. Of course, there are some overlaps such as hardworking since both are working in organizations. However, a good researcher must have creativity to solve problems from different angles but an employee may not need creativity and only follow the instruction from the boss. (Please note that I use "may") Most business professors do not like to work in firms because of not much freedom.

The Finance professor in my school who gave me a very good reference said the reason for him to come to university, even though he'd have got a much much higher salary if working in IB or Consultancy firms is FREEDOM.

He said he'd rather be the boss for himself.
