我想申请MSc in Finance的, 可是都最后一轮了,有戏么?

小介绍一下自己: GPA86.4/100, G700,名校毕业, 外资银行工作一年

感觉背景不够, 大家看呢

Moreover, it encourages you to apply by waiving application fee. Frankly speaking, U of Rochester/Simon program is very nice in quality, but its location, in NY but far from NYC, is said to put the job placement in a little bit bad shape.

If you want to go this year and a top 30 school is good, Simon will be a good choice for you now. I guess it will love your background and G score.

roughly 70k -80k for two years that you've to pay out of your pocket. the scholarship may be 20k-30k. It's not a lot though. what's your background like?

Taking into accounts the financial aid avaliable to international students at Simon, you can understand why few Chinese apply. The average overall attendence budget is about $100K for two years, and therefore less financial aid means immediate cash flow burden or overall high level of total cost burden for you.

One more concern is about the availability of financial aid resources at this point in time. Given you are eligible for a nice financial aid in the regular application round (ie. second round), you may find short of aid simply because the resources have been committed somewhere else.

Unless you have compelling reasons for taking an MBA this year, you may consider applying in 2008.
