今天还让我补学位证和毕业证书，拒就拒吧，还这么拖。
iowa  waiting list  上的有收到offer的吗？我发信去问也没有回音，申请网页上写的还是in progress.

直接一个电话打过去问了 这个时候不要email来email去 时间越来越紧了

I got the same problem with one school. I called the department and the graduate school did not even forward my file to the department yet. And I did not want to take the risk to mail my original diplomas and degrees.

Contact the department to find out if the department has already made the offers.

我也收到了temple的邮件。让我寄certified degree certificate。要命啊，之前读的学校在欧洲，人家就是不提供学位复印件。

temple之前也说，如果没有那个certified degree certificate，files就不能通过graduate school 而到达 department，这样，我也无法知道，倒底他们有没有意向要我。

而且，今天都什么时候了，还在要这个东东。。。如LZ所说，要就要，不要就不要，要了我给原件都行。

郁闷啊。。。

我觉得，你应该直接联系系主任或director，等研究生院转材料，黄花菜都凉了。

Hi, you have chance to be accepted. I got the offer from temple (PhD in finance), but I want to decline it these days.
