660 is kind of low. My first GMAT is 680. But at that time, I does not really take GMAT seriouly. When the application time comes, 5 Months after my first GMAT try, I do a lot of researches on the schools and also consider MBA seriouly. I re-take the GMAT. Anyway, that's only my suggestion. Like many people said, the whole package matters.
