This opportunity is in the form of a graduate assistantship for the Fall 2007
and Spring 2008 semesters.  As a graduate assistant, you gain in-state
classification for tuition purposes (a reduction in tuition of approximately
$9,360 for the year if you are currently out-of-state), tuition remission each
semester, a subsidy for health insurance, and a stipend that is issued in
bi-weekly paychecks, in exchange for 180 hours of work a semester (an average
of 12 hours a week).  The details of your award are at the end of this email.

应该是说，你的学费跟美国人一样是 $14,454，（国际生应该要大约$24000）在此基础上，每个年有$4000多资助

至于生活补贴，就是你要每个学期工作180小时然后一年下来你$6612

這麼說來 Maryland 今年的外州學費是30817+9360= 40177

它還是個public school  真他媽的搶錢哪 ~~
