问题1：A选项中的 which 可不可以作为指代 950 million的指代

              有人认为是指代 has announced that it will purchase中的it 而混淆

              依据就是这个it 是在which之前句子的动作的发出者

问题2：a part of a deal 和 part of  a deal 有什么区别呢

问题3：D选项之中的“to  make”会有什么问题

               YY_lalala曾经说过to make的话容易让我理解成表示目的的状语，而且这个句子前面有两组主谓has announced 和 it will purchase, to make作谁的状语也不明确。

              这句话我看不是很明白

问题4：zorazorac中侧重点是purchase，而且这里用将来时态更好。

             为什么将来时态更好，将来将要purchase 造成结果will 会怎么样么。。？
