弱弱的问一句,as a part of ...../as part of....这里是做什么结构的? 如果是介词短语的话,还是好理解的,D和E就是介词短语修饰前面的谓语,B/C 没有as,那么是同位语,只能修饰离它最近的名词million,这显然是不对的.

只是D仍然不好解释,我觉得to do做deal的定语很明确啊,找不出什么问题.

如果按照笔记将的做状语修饰有歧义的话,那么所有既能做定语又能做状语的成分都会有这个歧义了呀,无法解释

句子最后要表达的意思中心在deal上，用that定语从句最清楚。
