AD from Rochester,好象还是一个CONDITIONA AD,L犹豫中

15号面的,今天收到,里面有一段"Professor Heidi Tribunella has reviewed your transcript to ensure you have the necessary courses for CPA eligibility in New York State and has indicated that 3 credits of managerial accounting and 3 credits of natural science must be completed by June 15, 2007 with a grade of B or better.  This requirement is a condition of your admission to the M.S. Accountancy program.  New York State will make the final determination upon application for licensure"是不是conditonal的?

还有一个BENTLEY的AD,选哪个呢?有点想去BENTLEY
