刚拿了一个非牛校offer,不过还有以下问题：

1.这个算是全奖么？

2.啥叫general fees?

3.按照惯例，一般assistantship是先给半年，以后的再续么？

细节如下：

Summer 2007:

n       XXU will pay your tuition

n       You will pay your general fees

n       You will not have a work assignment

n       You will not be paid a stipend 

Fall 2007:

n       xxU will pay your tuition

n       xxU will also pay your general fees

n       You will receive a free parking pass

n       You will receive a $100 reimbursement if you purchase xxU student health insurance

n       You will receive a 10% discount at the xxU bookstore

n       You will work 10 hours per week in the college

n       You will be paid a stipend of $2,101 for this semester’s work

n       Depending on funding, you may be eligible for more hours and a higher stipend

If your assistantship is renewed for Spring 2008, you can expect to continue your fall assignment. You can also expect a tuition waiver for Summer 2008. (You would be responsible for general fees, as you were in Summer 2007, and would not work or be paid a stipend during the summer, although hourly on-campus jobs are available.)
