You odds are decent, but not overwhelming, for Top 20 bizschools. You have a so-so GPA and Gmat score( according to this year's statistics). Your work exprience can become either your strength or weakness, depending on how well you manage to tell the story in your essays.

You can try top 15 schools. And it's very likely that 15-50 ranked schools will provide full scholarship to you. Good luck!
