问题：为什么不能选C？注释写的比较含糊。第一个by using应该没有问题吧，而是第二个by attracting，从语法上讲没错，但从意思上讲就错了，问题就出在这里，注释是这个意思吗？

not by using中的by不能省略吗？就是因为这个原因才错的吗？还是因为attracting？

而且by attarcting改变了句子得原来意思
