yeah. The weather in NC is definately more attractive than Michigan. I like Duke.

I like skiing a lot, Michigan is not as bad as Haerbin in terms of the weather, I think it's way nicer. NC on the other hand, gets too hot duirng the summer, I can't stand the heat.

NC is not that hot, it should be a very pleasant place. Of course, if you're from Haerbin and used to the cold weather, AA should be fine to u. In general, most of people will agree NC has a better weather.

I think Michigan is probably on the same latitude as Beijing, so my take is, the weather shouldn't be too bad. I'm actually from the south, but for some reason, I can't deal with the heat.

Probably except for H/W/S, the rest top 10 schools' programs are almost the same. Though one school may boast how unique its program is, actually there is the same program in another school just with another name. Even the cases they teach and simulations they use in class are the same.

The only difference between these schools is its career focus. Companies pick different schools as their core school, so if you are in the core school of the company you want to work with, you have a much bigger chance to get in.

A good strategy to pick school is to find out what companies recruit on campus and treat this school as core. Then think about its environment, size, urbanization, weather. The program itself, the clubs, and the social life are probably the least you need to worry about, as they are almost the same across these top schools.

I personally think Duke or Ross should buy the other one out, leveraging it's talented perspective pool of investment bankers and consultant, the new school shall be called TMD.
