Sorry for the confusion, I was saying that you might want to apply NYU or UCB for round three. Anyway, their deadlines are very close now. I don't think Columbia's round three is still open, but you might apply for their winter admission.
Here is my understanding of NYU and UCB. Both of these two schools have very big part-time MBA programs. And they have quite some students switch from part-time to full-time or from full-time to part-time, so I assume they are flexible in terms of the capacity. Other business schools may have capacity limitation on round three while these two may not. Just my two cents. You can also try Columbia for winter admission.

Actually I submitted the application to Columbia on 1 Mar, the final deadline for international applicants.
Btw, my understanding is, if someone would apply for Columbia's Jan programme, he must show overwhelming reasons on why a Jan programme is more suitable for him.
