非top 10 不去吗？大家给些建议吧

最近一直被这个问题困惑，大家发表些建议吧，来个brainstorm也让我开开窍。。。

本人基本情况

G: 710 

GPA: 3.5 非名校

W/E:  毕业后进入美国IT公司，从事supply chain工作4年，3年全球采购经理，经常去美国和日本参加商务会议和培训，带领国际团队做项目；

因为考G的原因，只提交过一所排名30左右的学校的申请，而现在都已经是round 3的尾声了，却很想去冲下top 10。

我的困惑是，

1。现在去冲top10希望多大呢？target school:duke, michigan, yale, wharton

2.如果今年不能去top10, 明年再申请 top 10, 值得等一年吗?

3. 毕业以后工作基本上是没问题了,所以找工作不是我最大的顾虑,其实自己不清楚到底top10能对自己有多大的改变.?

it may be too late to apply fot a top 10 now, you can still try the third round/final round, even you got nothing this year, you can still try the first round for the next year, just show your passion. Top 10? definitely worth your extra efforts as long as you are prepared for the MBA.
