I believe that UF has better ranking and offers better program, and that FLORIA is a nice place to spend 5 years... It's only my view though

If you like IPOs or related corporate finance stuff, definitely go for UF: Jay Ritter is there. Otherwise I think Vanderbilt is a bit better than Wisconsin. GT is of course out...Just my 2 cents, hehe...Cong, though.

Yep. I just talked with Dr. Jay Ritter during the interview. He is a very nice person. At the end of the interview, he gave me a copy of his recent work. Very nice!

学校ranking差不多的时候，location真的也挺重要的，北部冬天太长太冷了。

希望楼主早日再来更牛offer，就不用那么bother了
