ETS的服务太烂了!!!

我是12月15日考的托福,然后1月左右接到ETS的信,说所有免费送的学校被误送到了本科学院.然后我就等...结果前两天Yale和Duke竟然说没收到成绩......然后,Duke就把我的申请从第二轮移到了第三轮,我哭~~~~~~~~~~怎么办哪~~~~~~~~~~~~~~跟ETS沟通的信件多得不计其数,电话也打了,那边还说没有我的记录,可是那是免费送的学校啊!付钱的学校倒是都送到了!!!不知道有没有人碰到我这种情况呢???我怎么这么倒霉呀!!!难道要再付钱吗???

I eventually had them resend my scores for free and fax a letter to explain their fault to all schools that I request to send my scores.

I emailed them a lot but their response was terrible, not even apologized.

I called them and argued for 34 mins and eventually the guy asked his manager to answer my phone and recorded my case.

So fight!

Thank you so much! I've already photocopied my score report online to Yale, which is really nice in dealing with my matter. But for Duke, I had nothing to do because Peggy, a data specialist, who eventually moved me to Round 3. I am arguing with ETS for numerous times, but really feel despaired... I'll try to do what have done. Thanks again.

ETS 完全是rubbish，我都打算找人起诉他们了。

好，我支持起诉，必要时我可以出庭作证

预定好多座位和日期，在20天后突然通知改到了另外一个地方，5小时车程，拖后一周，米国的霸王条款。打电话argue了半天也没讲出理由。

送材料的时候最好自己加一份copy供学校预览，ETS那个服务实在不敢恭维，看看这边考场条件和服务就寒了~~
