[求助]急问关于tax bill~~!!

financial aid问是不是financially independent,如果是的话要求提供 last tax bill,其实它的意思是说我现在生活是independent,还是说我去念书的学费是不是independent??

还有,last tax bill是工资单吗?不懂啊,要单位开还是银行啊?

请各位知情的nn赐教了~

In the FASFA form, there are a few questions that you'll have to answer in order to determine whether or not you are financially independent.  If you are, you will need to provide details of your tax return.  I think tax bill refers to the form you use to file tax, like in the US it would be 1040, 1040A, etc.

以我理解是你去读书的钱是不是 financially independent,或者是 dependent on an individual还是dependent on an organization.

如果家里赞助一部分,然后加上自己一点点微薄的积蓄的话,还是应该算是dependent on individuals咯??

所以就要提供他们的 Enclose his/her (their) last tax bill(s).

呜呜,有没有好心人告诉我去哪里弄tax bill啊?难道是税务局?还是公司弄张列了gross salary,税金之类的工资条就可以啊??

我和frostone理解的一樣。financial independent是說你報稅的時候是不是被別人claim成dependent。如果沒有﹐你就是independent了。這樣的話你需要交公司開的w-2.不過你不是在美國工作應該不需要這些。你要是不在美國工作的話應該有其它變通的辦法。

我不在美国啊,在中国嘛,所以这个问题才棘手,只知道把你工资里钱一扣叫交税,可没见过什么收据.

所以你不用提供這些東西﹐和學校解釋一下就好了。在financial aid的表格上﹐有些field 不符合中國國情的東西不填就好了。你要是不放心就和學校說一下。

we do have tax bills in China ba

at least I have a tax bill every year when I was in China - it is from the tax bureau and it is showing how much tax I paid in that particular year
