请教各位大侠给点建议,何去何从。

UCI told me "go to Vanderbilt" if money is my big concern because UCI does not offer full tuition scholarship.

LZ, you have already got the highest fellowship from UCI. Can not be more than $45,000. That is all that they can offer.

vote for UCI for the money consideration. ML maybe better ranked but not good enough to let you give up $45000.what's more, I don't think the job placement at ML is better than UCI for IT guys.
