中行也说因为过节的缘故，有可能没办法办理，看来我是要去跟学校商量，往后推了。

becasue teh school will lose transaction fee (1% to 3% of the payment).  If the school aceepts credit card from every admit, it will lose a good fortune.

Just use a bank check, or money order. If the bank cant issue a money order at this moment, you can just call the school and tell them your situation, then ask for a postponement.

Only if their bank is in the U.S. otherwise it won't matter.  Make sure they put your name and information down so the school can match the payment.
