这句话什么意思啊。答案E:books that are to democratic capitalism中democratic是形容词呀，所以若后面加what，那岂不是把democratic当成动词了？D又错在哪里呢？

Q13是个特殊结构 A to B is C to D  A就B而言相当于C就D而言.                                 democratic当然是形容词,  democratic capitalism 等于socialism

思故

1。插入语“, per milligram, ”使句子分散成为非限制性定语从句，非限制性定语从句中通常只能用which不能用that， 且非限制性定语从句是先行词的附加说明，去掉了也不会影响主句的意思，它与主句之间通常用逗号分开在。我们这道题可不是附加说明而是必要解释。

 

2. 即便跳过插入语“, per milligram, ”来看，认为它是限制性定语从句。C选项的that所代替的先行词在从句中作宾语，此时必须省略（GMAT）。中学语法只说可以省略。
