To dreamalittle: hold on and you will make it. Everyone has to take the GMAT. I took GMAT twice. It was just the first battle we need to win in the long journey of application. And writing essays might be more difficult. To doyener: I don't know which round I applied for. Because Emory asks you to submit the online application forms (essay and resume are not necessary) first and then they will send the email link to your recommendors. So I filled out all the on-line application forms (without resume and essays) and submited in mid-December last year. Then my recommendors got the email link so that they can submit there recommendations online. Then I asked for an off-campus interview and Emory arranged one for me on Jan.9 this year. Because i was also preparing for other schools, I didn't send my email (attaching essays and resume) to Emory application manager until mid-January. And my recommendors submitted their recommendations online several days later than I send my essays. Then I got the offer at the begining of February. This is my process and i think I could be counted as 2nd because I submitted online forms early. |
