If the money is your concern and you absolutely want to go to the US this year without worrying about rankings, go for V. However, people do care about the prestige of the B-school. To get a decent job in the States, you should have a background from a strong program. After all, you don't wanna end up getting a mediocre job in the States while your chances of getting a much better counterpart in China are high.
Vote for Vanderbilt. Though not clear about the MBA program, you will bear the greater Vandy name lifelong. Vandy is a VERY good university in the U.S.

Thanks. I will meet some of their students and alumni here. I think I will get a better picture of Vandy.

I have turned down UCI. Their financial aid is not fantastic. I will leave the opportunity to others. Also, I think Vanderbilt's MBA program are better than UCI's, the university's reputation is better, too. I looked at their employment reports, Vandy's mean/median salary is about 10k more than UCI's. Living in California costs more, which makes the salary smaller than it appears.
I'm totally with Pumpkin on this one: go to the best school you can get. You can never overestimate how important rankings are when it comes to job search.
Tuition, living expense, forget about it. Compared to job opportunities, these are non issues. Weather, food, housing, don't even think about it.

Thank you for worrying about me. But I am comfortable with what I have now. I am happy.
Agree with alll that you said about top schools. Thank you everybody for trying to convince me to wait for another year. Everybody is different. That is my life and my decision. I don't like huge loans and just work without life, not comfortable with that at all.
