写推荐信的时候,如果……写缺点是，有一点情绪化，但是可以理解，因为还年轻…………

如果这样写的话，学校就会认为你这个人不够mature咯？是不是会有负面影响啊？那要怎么改呢？

最好不要写此类的缺点,就是缺点也要转化成你的优点,比如在某些business management方面的不足,而这些正是你要去读mba的原因....

My advice is that you can write some weakness that you already worked on it. In other words, find some weaknesses in your early career progress and stress that you have fixed them. focus on what efforts you have made.

In fact, I would recommend :

I really don't see any weakness from him/her.

I have read more than 10 recommendation letters on my currenty job. Most of them were written this way.
