这算面试吗?

今天突然收到这个, 大家觉得这像面试吗? 或者就是让我问问题?

Thank you for your interest in the finance PhD program at the 
University of Pittsburgh.  Our faculty is in receipt of your application.  I would 
like to provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may 
have about our program.  If you will provide a phone number where you can be
reached and indicate a time that is convenient for you, then I will 
contact you.  Given my schedule, I am available to make these calls Thursday 
Feb. 1st from 3:30-5:30pm, Friday Feb. 2nd from 8:00-9:30am, or anytime 
during the day on Monday Feb. 5th.  I look forward to talking with you.

问些针对项目的问题,看看他们unique的东西在什么地方

恭喜楼主，这当然算是面试啦！只不过是比较非正式的说法而已。

我也申请了他们家，还完全没有消息呢！！郁闷。。。

怎么最近有消息的都好像是Finance PhD的啊！？是不是Finance的人通常速度比较快？！嗬嗬。。。
