目前拿到offer的一共10人。坚持focus在banking的一共十几个人而已（不超过15个）。

banking的summer面试暂时告一段落（接下来还会有但是没有这么密集了）。目前Ross的summer offer情况是：

Deutsche Bank： IBD 1, S&T 1, Asset Management 1
Lehman: IBD 1
Morgan Stanley: IBD1
UBS: S&T 1
Wachovia: IBD 1
B of A：IBD 1
Piper Jeffrey: IBD 1
Credit Suisse: S&T 1

上只是粗略的offer情况，很多人都是拿到不只一个offer的。目前拿到offer的一共6个人，5个人是mainland过去的，还有一个虽然不是
直接从mainland过去的，但也不是ABC。6个人中只有2个人有相关背景，其他都是标准的career switcher。

Cool, thanks for the summary, XY.  I was just asking a fellow 2nd year for a summary today. 

Just a minor correction, I believe the company you mentioned is Piper Jaffray.  Jefferies & Co., is a different company.
