When interviewed by AdCom, should I repeat the essays?

Since the AdCom has reviewed the application materials before interview me, is it a good strategy to repeat the stories in the essays to emphasize them? Or, to provide fresh stories to enstrenghten my points made in the essays? 

I definitely know both have pros and cons. Could somebody provide some practical  measurements? Any 2 cents will be highly appreciated.

It won't hurt to give extra details of the stories or talk about it at a different angle.  I won't "repeat" them though, especially not word for word.  Good luck!
