How about U. Arizona's MBA?

anybody know something about U. of Arizona's Eller College of Business MBA program?? Would you NNs recommend this U. to my friend who has 5 years of experience in a SME (but holding top position) with weak GMAT score(about 600 only)? He don't care about job placement in the US because he will sure come back. He said as long as he can learn "real knowledge", he does not care about the school's ranking also. The big issue is that he needs at least 50% tuition waiver, any chance he can get??

I think that if you do not mind the school's ranking is way possible, the point is that scholarship is very important, since the top program and low program "official fees" are simlar, the difference is if they will give you some scholarship or not.
