      一道很老的题，但是我想不通。文章说4个医院里有3个给病人开Novex。所以说Novex效果好。所以要治疗sinus pain，买Novex最好。
     
      答案说Novex不用医生开处方也能买到，其他的painkillers不行。

       我觉得答案很莫名其妙，可以说是无关选项。因为文章的推理是：

       4个医院里有3个给病人开Novex————》药效果好————》买这个药
       削弱说：这个药不用医生开也能买到，根本就是偏离主题了。

医院里的药房也可以卖非处方药. 因此, 医院里的这种药销量大并不是因为是医生推荐使用的, 因此这种药的不一定是最有效的.

       能说的清楚些吗？因为我始终觉得答案和原文章无关联

前提: 四分之三的医院卖这种药给病人治某病.
结论: 这种药对于治疗这种病是最有效的.
这里隐含了一个假设: 医院里卖的药是医生推荐使用的.因为医生推荐使用的最多的, 所以是最有效的. 将这个假设否定掉便是对结论的削弱了.
