急问，财产证明数额不足影响录取吗？

I do think I got what you mean and I basically agree with your opinion.  Personal financial situation should be considered carefully before making the decision of studying abroad. But frankly speaking, the tuition fees are great amount of money for most of the applicants' parents except the millionair or the scholarship owner. 

Studying abroad is a kind of project-investment,different people put different percentage in. When there is an investment,there is profit and risk in alternative. It's mutual profit-taking and risks-receiving not individual when an investment is made. It's not personal bussiness.

向银行贷款，我记得贷10W利息是1500好像，而且这10W是存半年以上的10W。liuyang你可以考虑下。

可能是申请的学校不同吧，我申请的大多数学校MSF都说给你offer了才要求寄证明的。不过听朋友说GWU好像要资金证明，但是材料已经寄出了，只能再等等看了。
