PREP里面有好几个OG，GWD里都几乎没见过的用法了。

我感觉这是两个句子的并列。

主语分别是career和recordings，谓语分别是was和were，she made只是修饰recordings的定语从句that she made...

查了一下张道真的语法书，不管是在讲“并列句”还是讲“连词”的章节里，都没有特别说明需要在连词前面加“，”，而且所举的例子也是两种情况都有的。
