收到Tulane的AD，一个麻烦的问题！

2007.
  

在附件里是一张 enrollment form of Master of Finance   里面有一个选项：

__________  I accept the offer of admission.

 

 

 

 

__________  I decline the offer of admission.

 

如果选择了I accept the offer of admission 是不是意味着放弃了其他学校录取的机会，必须去他家了？

请XDJM们帮忙啊，非常困惑
