比如原来是在北京工作的,被公司派往德国工作半年,然后公司里给出一个policy,说你能享受一些什么福利.这样的policy文件官方的叫法是什么.谢谢

you can call it " Short term oversea assignment" or "Short term foreign service". different company has different name for that, but same meaning.

your benefits under such assignment can be called " the T&C of Short term oversea assignment"

Oh, what about benefit for international rotational program? Oversea assignment sounds great too. You want to emphasis the fact that you were working somewhere other than your home country. Good luck!
