Chicago GSB Waitlist?

Just got my decision of waitlist for R1 of Chicago GSB.

Quite disappointed and regretted that my answer to the interview question :"Which one will you choose between Chicago and Wharton" was not positive. Maybe I failed at this point. Sigh......

Noticed that quite a lot of R1 Chinese applicants, but only 2 of them voiced out the admssion. Any others who are accepted or waitlisted as me?

it seems chicago's adcom likes to w/l people, which was speculated as a way to boost the admission yield. as far as i know, a number of people got admitted after being w/l-ed for another round. one of the keys is to convince the adcom how much u love chicago (even willing to touch the "seal" at hutch - anyone cares to know the story about it? hiahia :p ). good luck.
