• A signed copy of the complete 2006 tax form you are required to file in your country (if applicable), including W2 forms for U.S. filers; for non-tax filers, a 2006 Non-Filing Statement stating any income earned and taxes paid in 2006 • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (U.S. citizens and permanent residents). You may file an electronic FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Federal Student Aid Information Center telephone number is 800-4-FEDAID. Dartmouth's code is 002573. If you are an international student, please note that all amounts on tax returns, pay stubs, and financial statements must be converted to U.S. dollars and the corresponding lines related to income, allowances, and taxes must be translated into English. For all financial aid (regardless of citizenship), it is to your advantage to submit your financial aid requests as early as possible. Original documents and signatures are required. Emailed or faxed documents cannot be accepted. |
