If you wish to report your TOEFL or TSE scores to an institution or agency, you must submit your request with the required fee. If the institution or agency you are applying to does not have an official TOEFL institution code assigned to it, please write the complete name and address of the institution or agency on your request. The fee for service is US$15. Scores are mailed within two weeks after receipt of your request and payment. * If you do not have a score report request form and are paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, or American Express), you may fax your request to 1-609-771-7500.
