1.（THAN 后面可以省略什么？） 

 

就是说在比较的时候说more than...或者...er than的结构时,THAN后面可以省略的东西和不能省略的东西...?这样的题我总是错...

 

2.are not caused VS are caused not  有什么区别?

3.were it to do so,是怎么用呢...?什么意思?

than 后要是做比较必须要补出代词,比如说that of those of,这是最重要的考点

那什么情况可以省略所有的东西,直接接物体呢?

建议楼主搜索“比较”。简单说一点我知道的皮毛。比较要看比较双方的句子结构。如果是SVO than SVO的话，如果是比较主语，则需要加谓语动词，否则会造成主语和宾语比较的歧义。如果是比较宾语，则than后面的SV如果相同可以省略：I eat more apples than oranges; I eat more apples than you do; I eat more apples than you. 这三句话里面，最后一句是不可取的。

虚拟语气时，如果if去掉，那么助动词/情态动词提前。所以， if it were to do so=> were it to do so  , 在这句话的意思里就是如果它这样做的话（融化）。。。。
