if the temprature is increased by 0.5C/min, then it will increase 30C per hour,

according to C=(F-32)* (5/9), F=86. Are you sure it is 54? Thanks,

Now I know the problem. This question is asking the change rate, is not absolute temperature. So the change rate of C is 5/9 of change rate of F, So the Answer should be 54.
