1.what's your personal affection towards...(表示你个人对...有什么看法)

e.g.What's your personal affection towards the China's entry of WTO?

    你个人对中国加入WTO有什么看法和感受呢?

2.We do have an apprecition of that.我们非常欣赏这一点.(经典口语要素)

e.g.I really appreciate your works of art.(我实在很欣赏你的作品.)

此外,appreciation还有"增值"的特殊意思.

e.g.Tell you good news that the currency is having an appreciation.

    ( 告诉你个好消息,货币升值了.)

英语思维句式:

1.Well,the more i go to China,the more i feelclose to China.I go several times a year,part of it was,I  think,the five-thousand-year culture is very appealing(吸引人的).

2.I have enjoyed doing business with the people in China .It has been a great experience.

3.China and the U.S.will be the two most important countries on this planet.And so it's  important that we have a good understanding of each other.And that there's trust and confidence(依赖).

4.You understand people better when you understand their culture and their history.If there was no historyand no culture ,how do you learn from one another?

5.And the more American people can be exposed (展现的)to the Chinese culture,the more you understand the depth (深奥)of their istory and culture,we come to appreciate it better.

1.come up with“表示相处(计划,回答);产生”的意思.

e.g.He couldn't come up with an appropriate answer just at the time.

    (那时他想不出来一个合适的答案)

2.Do you think you're living in a sort of isolated world in some way?

(你难道不觉得你生活在一种隔离的世界里吗?)

sort of:有几分,近似,有那么一点儿.这是美国人的一句常用口头插入语.

e.g.I'm sort of cold.我有点儿冷.

3.All that matters is that you're sharing the result,the beauty of the result,and that's what we do.(重要的是,你分享了这个结果,以及这个结果带来的妙处,我们的目的也正在于此.)

all that matters...是一个常用的英语句式,有强调作用,在句首就可以抓住注意力,让人更关注后面的内容.

e.g. Allthat matters is that how much you've really known,not how much you learned.

    (重要的是你真正理解多少,而不是你学了多少.)

4.I think that says a lot.(我想,这很能说明这一点.)(经典口语要素)a lot 在这里是作为says的宾语.

1.Definitely was up.绝对是很高兴,没错。
此处的up意为达到最佳状态。
e.g. The boss is up to the eyes in work.老板的工作忙得不可开交。
此外,还有个非常经典的单词definitely,在老美的口中时常会很夸张地拖口而出,意思是“非常,非常...”

1.       Growing up, she gave me love and lots of advice. I gave her white hair.

   在我成长的过程中,她给予我的是爱和忠告,而我带给她的只有一根根白发。

 

2.       Hand on heart.说的是真心话。

 

3.       They’ve got strong personalities.他们两人都很要强。

 

4.       That’s got me even more excited sitting in the studio right next to you.

    这使在演播室里坐在你旁边的我更加激动不已。

That’s got somebody+形容词:使得某人处于某种状态之中。例如:Please turn down the noise, ok? That’s got me absolutely crazy! 能不能把声音关小点?吵得真让人受不了。

 

5.       What greeting and message would you like to convey to…

表示“询问别人……(委婉语气)、真想……”的意思

 

例:What would you like to do after you finish your work?

    完成工作之后,你喜欢做些什么事情呀?

 

A: You make it! Congratulations! But I want to know about you, for example, what would you like             to do before your match?

   祝贺你获得冠军,我们想了解你的一些情况,比如说在比赛之前你喜欢做些什么事情?

B: It is easy to say, drinking, jumping, prepare for match.

  简单的说,就是为比赛做准备,比如,喝水,起跳等等。
