答案是C,没有问题。但如果E开头没有定冠词the是不是也对呢？results in the fact that优先于with the result that吗？

我先抛砖。你这道题是有争议的。C/E

有不少人倾向于E。我的好朋友给我的他上课的笔记上还将此题作为例子来讲，说E是最好的选择。

先讲讲为什么不选C，据笔记和一些NN的分析，C的问题是stinger 导致结果这样讲不是太合理，而且后面也显得比较wordy。

但是在E里面，“with本身并不是什么好东东多数有分歧的选项都要错掉”（引用800分大牛语），我个人觉得with the result that 这样的说法非常不清楚。是honeybee's stinger with the result that 吗？ LZ提到的the也是个问题。

请NN确认那种说法更加合理。

同时，请教大家，这样的语法题我特别迷糊，尤其结构方面都比较大的改写的，我几乎是每个选项读完再比较，搞不好还要再读，没法上来就能有方向地排除。（比如直接寻找期待中的分词结构或者什么的）。请NN谈谈你们是怎么快速有效地做这样的题。（怎么能看到考点？）

刚刚在网上搜索了一下，逗号＋with the result 这样的结构非常非常少。（请大家验证）不知道是否可以说明这个结构本身比较awkward? 请NN指教。

个人觉得，逗号＋as the result更加常见。

我来说说我的看法，我选Ｅ，当时这个题目想了很久，不过我选Ｅ的理由（compare with c)：

１，c的意思说那个针results什么结果，其实按照逻辑意思来说是stinger  which is barbed and stay  results....

2, fact  这个词我在做大全总结的时候总结过，发现一个现象，只要选项中有两个选项不知道选哪个，而其中有一个是有这个单词的，都是非正确选项，我一直在找反例．．目前只能说～i have not found any..

再次考虑后，我同意楼上的说法。

E.  the honeybee’s stinger is heavily barbed and stays where it is inserted, with the result that the act of stinging causes

原句并没有全划线，为了不触犯改变原句意思的天条，我们先来看原文：因为蜜蜂的stinger多刺，那么刺到哪里就留在哪里，所以导致行为致命。在这里staying where it is inserted是作为非限制成分的。主干即：多刺导致行为致命。

而C选项的主干是：蜜蜂的stingger，因为多刺等等，导致行为致命。这里heavily barbed and staying where it is inserted整个作为非限制成分。明显不合理。因为stinger本身是不会致命的。

E就排除了这个问题。

既然ETS腆着脸让我们必须从意思错误和awkward中选一个，有什么办法......

C 有人说是逻辑错误，我没看出什么问题。分词并列修饰主语，这样的主语导致结果，用result in动词表示结果，挺好啊。

E：我倒是有不同意见，一个系表结构表示状态，一个动作表示行为本身。这with the result that 做状语修饰的对象是状态还是动作？照理解应该只是动作。但现在是系表和动宾一起并列，修饰对象又显的模糊。
