As far as I know Target has an on-campus recruiting program (SCM) here. Wal-mart normally hire from Top 10 only. Weeks ago one 1st year Russian girl got an offer from Bustbuy but she is in finance track. I have no idea how she initated contact with the company, probably in some national MBA career fair. I personally think it not easy to find a job in MMs because most of them do not sponsor H-1B visa for MBA international students. Some my classmate even failed to get an interview due to the foreign identity. As for general information about MSU, I will try to provide some here when I get more time. Anyway you can always go to the website www.msu.edu to check out what is of interest to you.
其中, 我想了解在美国关于SCM 这方面工作的情形. 文中叙述说, Wal-Mart 通常会hire MBA top 10 的学生, 是指整个 MBA Ranking top 10 还是supply chain ranking top top 10 ? 我的疑问是, 若是MBA top 10, 那是否要从事SCM 领域的人来说, 美国企业用人比较会看school ranking, 而不见得会去看该校哪方面是强项呢? 这正是我所疑惑之处~~~ (前提先不讨论是否有H1B 的问题) 诚如此例, MSU SCM 排名只差于MIT, 倘若Wal-Mart 在 SCM 方面征人, 是否就连非以SCM 为强项的学校, ex: Kellogg, Berkeley….. 等等都比MSU SCM 的学生还有机会呢? ( 希望这问题不会太蠢…) |
