Given the fast growth in financial sector in China, CKGSB will be making a big push in this area. Starting from December 2006, China Financial Research Center will sponsor 2-3 interns in major Wall Street firms such as Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch for three months or so. We would like to have candidates with strong quantitative background, solid training in financial investment and excellent communication skills in English. The interns will be stationed in Japan, Hong Kong or the United States. If you are interested, please send your cv to hncao@ckgsb.edu.cn. CKGSB alumni and current CKGSB students can apply.
It should be noted that for students holding Chinese passports it may not be so easy to get visa from the US and Japan but may not be a big issue in Hong Kong. It could be easier for students who are exchanging in the US to get a visa or practical traning. These issues need to be worked out later.
