[求助]Help, how to fill the form "ScoreRcpts"

As one of the steps of resitration of TOEFL iBT in NEEA is to fill the "ScoreRcpts" form. It requires either the school number of the university you want to send your score to or the contact address of that university.

My problems are:

1. I cannot find the university I am applying listed in the school index.

2. When I find the school number of my university, enter it in the textbox and then click submit, it reported an error.

It says code 8497 does not exist, or this DI's schooltype is not the schooltype you selected.

3. Then I find the contact address of my university which looks like this:

DFKI GmbH
Stuhlsatzenhausweg 3 (Building D 3 2)
D-66123 Saarbrücken

Which of the lines represents for the postcode, the state, the city, the first line of the address, the second line, etc.?

4. At the bottom of the form table, it requires you to select a department if you select "Post-graduate" in school type combo box, but I don't find my department "Computational Linguistic" in the list. Shall I just choose "other physical sciences"?

5. I find a piece of information in the homepage of the university that:

TOEFL score of at least 213 (computer-based test) or 550 (paper-based test) or 79 (internet based test).
TOEFL code number 8497
for Saarland University-Dept. Computational Linguistics and Phonetics.
Important: Enter the code on your answer sheets when you sit for the examination.

What does it mean by "Enter the code on your answer sheets when you sit for the examination"?

问：学校代码、院系代码等哪里找？

答：请点击(此为ETS官方网站链接，国内报名网站开通后的bulletin内提到考生可去教育部海外考试中心NEEA网站下载代码，但目前尚未发现NEEA有提供）

问：我要申请的学校找不到（送分）代码，怎么办？

答：这种情况多见于非北美大学，若在ETS官方信息中找不到代码，请查询要申请学校的网站或发电子邮件询问，确认这些学校承认托福成绩，然后找到该校接收学生材料（成绩）的地址（邮政信箱），新托福报名的送分除了填写代码，也可以填写无代码的学校的具体地址。

专业的话，不是很清楚。至于邮政代码问题，我也不熟，楼主可以去申请区专门问问这个问题。

专业填写和学校代码如果不清楚，最好问问NEEA和ETS，比较保险。
