已经看过讨论贴，虽然赞同C，但是还是有一点新疑问，想问问为什么C中的its不会引起歧义，首先语法上应该优先指代a confidentiality agreement ，但是逻辑上又应该指代the company ，那不就有歧义了吗？很不理解，望各位大侠热心指导，感激不尽

我查到的prohibit的用法是prohibit sth 和sb is prohibit from doing不能说sb is prohibit to do，没有prohibit that 这种形式，看这个好像只能选C
