 题目没错，同问，我选了D,

没选B，因为一眼，看到as，又是such as的一下就排除了B，哪位牛人说说while，为啥不如as？

虽然as和while都有“当...时”，但同时as还有“随着...”的意思，描述过程，更合句义。

as  和such as  在一起用，有多少人是和我一样，首先就给排除掉了？

觉得ETS真是挖好坑让我跳。。。。可恨!
